What is Self-Hypnosis?
Self-hypnosis is where you choose a keyword to be able to relax and give yourself some very positive suggestions; or you can use it to focus your attention. You can use self-hypnosis for almost anything that you want to achieve.

We all have triggers and sometimes we are not even aware of them. For example, if you think of fresh sea air, what does it conjure up for you? Is it a good feeling or not? For me, it is a good feeling and makes me think of Summer holidays. This is similar to self-hypnosis, we help you to associate a trigger with a good feeling. Enabling you to be more in control and achieve your goal.
How many sessions will I need?
To teach you self-hypnosis you do need to have an understanding and have experienced hyp-nosis to enable you to know when you are relaxed. As long as you have experienced hypno-sis, it will be only one session to teach you self-hypnosis.
