I had been a smoker for more than 40 yrs when I went to see Paul so I thought it really wouldn't be easy to stop,but after only 1 session of hypnotherapy I no longer want to smoke,so I don't smoke.And I am very confident that I will never smoke again. I wish I had done it years ago. Highly recommended 👍
